A role is one open position. Each time you start a new intake in Alynd — for a new job opening — it counts as one role. Roles don't expire mid-search; your package covers all the work for that hire until it closes.
A seat is one named user who can log in and manage roles. You can have as many team members view or comment as you like — seats are only required for people actively creating and managing roles. One seat covers all plans on your account.
You can top up with additional roles at the same per-role rate as your current plan, or upgrade to the next tier. We'll reach out before you hit your limit so there's no interruption to your hiring.
Alynd is registered for GST/QST in Canada. Tax numbers are being finalized and will be added to Stripe by end of August 2026. All payments made before that date are processed without tax. We'll update this page when tax collection begins.
Yes. Any account started before December 31, 2026 locks in $500/seat/year for as long as your account remains active. The seat price rises to $1,000/seat for plans starting January 1, 2027. Role pricing may also be adjusted at that time.
Yes — reach out and we can arrange invoice-based payment. This is available for all plans. Stripe can issue invoices directly, or we can send a traditional invoice for net-30 terms on request.
